Facial
masks are used to clean your skin as well as make your skin look
healthy. Different skin types require different facial masks. Oily skin
needs a mask that tightens skin; dry skin needs a hydrating mask that
locks in moisture; and normal skin needs a mask that leaves skin
nourished without over drying and over moisturizing. If you have normal
skin, you can make a face mask at home designed specifically for the needs of your skin.
Things You'll Need:
1 packet instant oatmeal ...Water
1 egg white
1 tsp. olive oil
2 bowls
Instructions:
1-Pour one packet of instant oatmeal into a bowl.
2-Add the amount of water needed as stated on the oatmeal's directions. Microwave it for the directed amount of time.
3-Pour 1/2 cup of oatmeal into another bowl.
4-Add 1 egg white and 1 tsp. olive oil to the oatmeal.
5-Mix all of the ingredients together.
6-Apply the mixture to your skin with your fingers.
7-Leave the facial mask on for 20 minutes, then rinse it off with water.
